Salmon Tart INGREDIENTS 1 pound cottage cheese 4 slices smoked salmon 1/4 pound smoked salmon, shredded 1 bunch chives 1 bunch dill 3 envelopes plain gelatin 2 cups water DIRECTIONS Mix the gelatin and the boiled water. Pour 1/4 of it into a 9" cake pan and add some dill. Put the cake pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Mix the cottage cheese, chives and the shredded salmon. Cover the bottom of the cake pan with the slices of smoked salmon. Add the rest of the gelatin to the cottage cheese/salmon mixture. Pour in the cake pan and refrigerate for four hours. You can serve the salmon tart on crackers, or on a French baguette with a green salad
